memorial day...

Yesterday I, yes I, drove up to Wyoming to visit family! The day started out with dinner at Grandma Lynns plus FHE about tithing. Then Hailey, Kenzee and I started watching a season of 24, bad idea. We obviously got way too obsessed with it and of course couldn't finish all 24 episodes in one day... Lyndee and I played the coin game. Classic... And Lyndee drew me! It was fun! Next morning wake up and go downstairs to get breakfast and of course there is about one oven pancake left and I have to reheat it. So I put it in the microwave and the power goes out. My grandmas basement started flooding and the men helped clean it up. Then we went to visit Mom, Abigail, Grandpa Jess and Grandpa Lu's graves. Gotta love gosh darn windy Wyoming right? Then we hit the road for home and we sang Wicked the whole way!

Emmas first tooth is coming in! She's kind of being a little loud and indecisive on how she feels... But it's coming!

Party!

So tonight we're having a Student Council party at my house! I'm so excited because we are going to play Jeopardy, have a fire, hot tub and watch a projected movie! My dad is going to grill hot dogs for us so it's going to be a blast! Today I literally had a party in every class. Not one single class did I have any work! In Spanish we watched Little Mermaid, in geometry we ate food and we played games, in biology we played wii and I set up a legit tournament and Mason won and in Footnotes we went outside and played world cup and I jammed my finger... it's alright because it doesn't hurt that much anymore!

Yeah, I had to give a speech today at ninth grade honors night and I was so nervous! I hope it was good... I'll put it up later, maybe. I am going to cry on the last day of school, so hard I will cry. We had our banquet thing I guess and it was so fun! Mrs. Larsen does the Daunie Awards where she wraps barbies in tin foil and they were so awesome! I love Mrs. Larsen and I am so sad Student Council is going to be over.:( Well this is kind of depressing...

Last week of school!!... Well pretty much

So this is like the last really week of school! Tomorrow I speak at ninth grade honors night and I'm a little nervous, okay not really. I already wrote my speech and I just have to read it! But before honors night student council is going to brick oven or something like that and we are having a little banquet! We give each other awards and stuff so that'll be so fun!! I'm trying to make a Jeopardy game together so that we can have a Jeopardy night! How fun would that be? So I'm trying really hard to do it before school is out! I decided I'm going to make cookies for my Sunday school teacher because every time I have said I would I didn't... Oops. So I think I'll go do that!

Yet another great weekend

So, this weekend was way fun! Just pretty standard, hanging out with friends. On Friday after school Jaxon, James and I tried to go play basketball at the church but some ladies were sewing in the gym... so we hung out at Jaxons for a while then I went to Sarahs and we took pictures I'll put some pictures up later haha. Then Sarah grilled some hot dogs for us, they were good. Then we put on red lipstick and black paint under our eyes and tried to doorbell ditch stuff at Sabrinas, but it didn't work... then later that night Hailey took Josie and me to Wendys and we got one dollar frosties! Easily the best dollar I've ever spent haha. Then Saturday I went running and then I went and saw a movie with Sarah, Josie and Kate. Then we came to my house because I had to babysit then while Dad and Paula went to a play. Jaxon, Cade, James and Quinton, well I think that's who was there, well they wanted to borrow my Halo game so they dressed up as animals and had this extraordinary plan, it was quite entertaining. Then Allison and I had a great talk and I love her. So yeah that was my weekend.

Soccer!

So today we had our final game of the season. Kinda sad but we ended it pretty dang good! So half time it's zero zero, anyones game! Our team is a second half team for sure! So we play for probably about ten minutes and I believe it was Ashley that scored and it was beautiful! Then only like five or six minutes later we get an amazing cross and it bounces around a little and comes to the back post where Jenna just nails it in! So by this point we're up two zero then later they get a free kick outside the box and well one thing led to another and they scored. I was so mad because I should have gotten it, oh well. But then it gets exciting!! We've got like one minute left and they get a really good ball and the girl had already totally beaten our defense and they were so ahead it was just one on one with me and she took a good hard shot and I knew I wasn't going to be able to stop it so I just dive so far left and mid-air punch the ball out of bounds! It was such a satisfying save! Great season everyone, I love you all so much!
